Baboquivari Peak Wilderness Area is located in southern Arizona. Established in 1990, the area consists of more than 2,000 scenic acres. The best time to visit Baboquivari Peak Wilderness Area is in the fall or spring.

While the Baboquivari Peak Wilderness Area is among Arizona’s smallest designated wilderness areas, it has no shortage of scenic vistas. The wilderness area takes its name from Baboquivari Peak, located at the east side of the Baboquivari Range.
